White’s administrative career spans 30 years, with the last 16 years in higher education. Her accomplishments include six years as the director of the Survey Evaluation Research Laboratory, where she implemented a fee-for-service business model before moving to the Wilder School to develop a pre-award infrastructure to support faculty research efforts. Prior to coming to VCU, her work in the nonprofit sector was earmarked by working with a diverse set of community stakeholders to accomplish program objectives for at-risk populations involved in the court system. She has conducted applied research for nonprofits and state and local governments to assess program delivery and organizational climate.
White has taught research methods across several social science disciplines and enjoys assisting both faculty and students with the design of research methodologies.
