Ricardo holds an undergraduate degree in Economics and completed his MBA at the College of William and Mary. He has worked for Capital One for over 20 years where he currently works as a Risk Manager. Ricardo is a doctoral student in the VCU Wilder School of Government and Public Affairs. His research interests include security studies, international relations, foreign policy, and international conflict. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, international travel and reading.
