Gain hands-on experience conducting research through VCU’s Undergraduate Research Opportunities Program. Full-time undergraduate students at least one academic year away from graduation are eligible.
UROP includes a $1,500 stipend and partnering with a Wilder School faculty mentor as you develop your own research project or participate in faculty-conducted research.
The program can lead to developing governmental reports, conference presentations or journal publications. It can also help you decide where to specialize within your discipline.
