Dr. Bonnie Gail Mani to speak at VCU

Bonnie Gail Mani, Ph.D., the VCU Wilder School’s first female doctoral graduate and professor of political science at East Carolina University, will share lessons and best practices for a career in academia on Mon., Oct. 12, at 2 p.m. in the Forum Room on the first floor of the VCU Student Commons.
Mani received her Ph.D. in public policy and administration from VCU in 1987. Her expertise is in the areas of women in politics, women and public policy, public personnel management and American national government. She teaches graduate courses in behavioral methodology, quantitative methods, politics and management in government, human resource management in public agencies, productivity in the public sector, organization theory, and women, public policy and administration.
